The menu at Casablanca reflects the Moroccan heritage of Chef Youness Bojji and the French training he received when working at Le Jules Verne and Cafe De Gare, Paris, France and Amnesia, Ibiza, Spain, to name a few. Combining a love of history and exploration, he crafts unique dishes that marry a classical french foundation with his global palate.
